Project Overview: Delivery of a complete, production-ready generative art asset pipeline for a [Collection Size, e.g., 10,000] compilation.* Phase 1: Concept Design & Base Models* Deliverables: Initial sketches, core character/object anchor model, color palette selection.* Guardrails: Includes up to [3] rounds of revisions on the base model.* Phase 2: Asset & Trait Creation* Deliverables: Full creation of all individual layer assets categorized by type.* Specifics: Up to [Total Number, e.g., 150] total traits across categories (e.g., Backgrounds, Bodies, Eyes, Clothing, Hats).* Phase 3: Technical Packaging & Metadata Generation* Deliverables: Layer folder organization (properly named for code compatibility), canvas dimension standardization, generation script execution/testing to eliminate visual clipping, and export of marketplace-ready .json metadata synced to the final asset files.

Payment Milestones & Terms

* Milestone 1: Kickoff Deposit (50% of total fee)* Trigger: Paid upfront before any conceptual sketching or Phase 1 work begins.* Milestone 2: Asset Approval (25% of total fee)* Trigger: Paid upon the completion and approval of all individual trait layers (End of Phase 2).* Milestone 3: Technical Handover (25% of total fee)* Trigger: Paid upon successful validation of the metadata and generation tests. Note: Final high-resolution layer folders and metadata JSON files are delivered immediately after this payment clears.Terms & Conditions
* Scope Creep Policy: Any traits requested beyond the agreed-upon count in the initial scope will be billed at a flat rate of [$50] per trait.* Revisions: A maximum of [2-3] revision rounds are permitted during Phase 1 and Phase 2. Revisions requested after asset sign-off will incur additional hourly or per-trait fees.* Cancellation: If the project is canceled by the client before completion, the upfront deposit is non-refundable, and any completed work up to the current phase will be billed proportionally.
