Terms of Service

1.Payment Terms: Initial Deposit: A non-refundable 50% upfront deposit of the total agreed project price is required before any design work begins. Alternative payment structures may be negotiated prior to signing.Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance payment is due immediately upon final project approval by the client and prior to the release of high-resolution, unwatermarked files.2. Licensing & Royalties Commercial Usage: If the artwork is utilized for advertising, commercial broadcasting, or merchandise, a 10% to 85% royalty fee applies.Flexibility: The exact royalty percentage is subject to mutual negotiation based on distribution scale and media type before the final launch.3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must fully provide the following details before a project is accepted:Project Scope: Detailed creative brief, asset list, and technical dimensions.Project Budget: Defined financial allocation or limit for the project.Delivery Information: A valid, active client email address dedicated to file transfers and final asset delivery.
